Trying to update a plugin UpdraftPlus - Backup/Restore. Received the following error message:

I wanted to disable the Matomo plugin and try to install the plugin, but I can’t find the Super User setting to do so even though I am the only user on the site and installed the Matomo plugin using my WP Admin login credentials.
Can I get around this problem by restoring a backup from before this problem occurred and trying to update the Updraft Plus plugin again?
I will appreciate any suggestions.
