Unable to add second site

Hi I am unable to add more sites, under site management. I fill in the details click on the green tick and get the loading data animation and nothing more. any suggestions

its still doing the same thing, I uploaded all the files except the config folder (is that correct)

Sorry, I can’t reproduce the problem.

Did you upgrade for an earlier version or was this a new install?
Are you using IIS or Apache?
What browser are you using?

First I upgraded replacing every file except the config folder, then I did a full upgrade and I am still unable to add another site. My site is hosted on Apache.

I am running firefox on a Linux Ubuntu OS

UPDATE
I have just installed Piwik on a different domain (same settings) and the add on domain works! so I’m going to try a totally clean install on the problem domain I’ll let you know what happens
