Troubleshooting a Matomo Analytics Issue: Disruptions After Update

I’ve been utilizing Matomo Analytics across various websites for quite some time. However, for the past year or so, I’ve encountered an issue that prevents me from continuing its use.

Following an update, my websites experienced disruptions. To resolve this, I employed SFTP to deactivate the plugin. This action restored the functionality of the sites, both the existing ones and even new ones.

Hello @renesphotoshop Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your Matomo instance. Could you please confirm if you are using Matomo On-Premise or Matomo for WordPress? Also, could you please share to us a copy of your system check report so we can investigate on this further?
