Hi there, I’m trying to connect Looker Studio to Matomo to generate automated reports, however I’m struggling to get any real data.
I was able to get everything connected, however when I try to create a data report it just shows a small limited selection of fields. Is there a way to see the information I’m able to access via Matomo? The Campaigns tab, Behavior, Custom Reports, etc.? Is there a setting somewhere I didn’t select? Attached is a screenshot of what I can see.
Hi @DearEmily you can’t have all the dimensions and metrics of your matomo instance in a single data source in looker studio. You have to create different data sources each pointing in a specific report in Matomo (visitors, behaviour, ecommerce…). Thank you so much! I knew there was something I was missing. I appreciate your help greatly. I was able to go in and add a specific report from the directions and information you posted.
