Transitions has a bug when showing direct traffic

Hi!

Hope you can help us as we noticed something strange with Transitions. We have created a segment for direct traffic, see pic below. Channel type is direct.

Then we opened the Transistions of a page (see pic below). We can see pages to the left, but we did not expect to see any because we use the segment with only direct traffic. The yellow highlighting tells us 11 came from internal pages but all should be direct traffic so it can not be right? The red underlined text says we have 16 coming from direct traffic.

Why does Transitions show users coming from pages when all the visits are direct?
Can someone please explain this? It seems Transitions does not work as expected.

Your segment captures visits to the page that have a direct entry, not exclusively a direct entry. The visits had a direct entry and then within the same visit the visitor navigated back to the page via an internal link. If you wanted just the direct entries, you would need to add another condition like visitEntryPageUrl==https://example.com/your-page.
