There is plenty of traffic showing up in the apache logs on the new piwik server and the error logs are clean, but the piwik reports are not updating (yes I have archiving in browser on) so I’m thinking something must not be configured properly with the database. As far as I can tell all the settings are the same between this cpanel account and the one I moved from. The odd thing is that people that had visited my site previously are showing up in the live log, so I’m guessing it has problems creating new records in the db? Any suggestions on where to look?
