Tracking on screen duration?

Hello,

is to possible with matomo to track the time/duration an element is in viewport?

For GTM its named as “on screen duration” (see for example at https://www.simoahava.com/analytics/element-visibility-trigger-google-tag-manager/).

Is this also possible with matomo?
