I have a requirement to track ecommerce pixel, and place order button click from Assist Screen/ Intranet.
Customer Service Rep will login as customer and complete the order flow for customer. CSR will be opening the cart and clicking on the
place order button on behalf of customer.
Today when customer clicks on place order button we initiate _paq.push(‘trackevent’,‘PlaceOrder’) and it stores for the visitor id ABC
In case the CSR logs in his visitor id would be BCD and data will get stored for visitor id BCD whereas want to store data for visitor id ABC.
Anyways this can be achieved?
