Tracking HTTP API no longer working for a single site

Matomo Version: 5.1.1
MySQL Version: 8.0.39
PHP Version: 8.3.10

For some days now, API tracking has stopped working for just one site. To clarify, this is happening for a specific site only;

API tracking works fine for other sites, and the configurations are correct. I’ve tried dumping the Matomo API call, and it responds correctly (200 status code), but it doesn’t record the visits.

In Settings → Tracking Failures → There are no recognized tracking errors.

What can I check to debug this issue?

After a day of work, I finally solved it. Basically, the url parameter wasn’t formatted correctly. Needless to say, the Matomo API/documentation didn’t help me at all in understanding the problem.
