Tracking failures: Unknown (Id 0)

Hi, from time to time there is the following Tracking failure for an existing website, which otherwise works absolutely fine: Unknown (Id 0) The site does not exist.
There is no obvious reason for that. When i test the tracking on the Page URL all works well.
Did anyone experience such an issue? Could it be related to some bot hitting the website?

It looks like there is some trackings (done by what ? by whom?) that do not provide the site ID…
