Tracking Error for (non-existing) site with ID (0)

Since updating to Matomo 4.14.1, I’ve been told there are tracking errors on the website with ID(0). But there is no site with ID 0.
How does this happen and how can it be fixed?

Hm, ok, yes, that’s exactly what it looks like.
But: HOW can I determine which site is sending these trackings?
So e.g. which domain should be associated with it?

I can’t just click on the error message and see where it comes from, and I don’t see an associated site with id 0 in my site listing either.
I’m not a “coder” and would be happy to know where and how I can read where the trackings come from?
