We installed the Matomo tracking module at, went through setup guide. With the Ecommerce Tracking enabled and the JS tracker set, we do get Ecommerce tracking. But, we don’t get everything. Given the site’s cookies settings, that is not shocking. Users must opt in to be tracked.
When we switch the tracker over to the PHP tracker in the admin settings, tracking seems to entirely drop off. I can still aggregate Matomo on the command line, it still seems to track page views (which is still set on JS), but the Ecommerce tracking seems to completely drop off.
Do you have module support or any ideas? The PHP trackers seems to be non-functional. Any help much appreciated.
