Trac broken?

Hi, sorry if this isn’t the right place to post this… I’m putting up a new install of piwik and trying to acquire the GeoIP plugin (dev.piwik.org/trac/ticket/45) but trying to download any files from Trac results in this error message:

No handler matched request to <>

Hopefully this is just a simple problem… thank you for your time…

We have temporarily disabled the attachment handler/module in Trac due to a sudden flood in attachment spam.

So how can I download the plugins?
