Hello, last week I got the message on my piwik page to upgrade to matomo. I click the update button and now the page isn’t accessible anymore due to ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. My site is a wordpress site using godaddy. As far as I know, my server is meeting the requirements of Matomo. Can anyone advise? Thanks!

You probably have some webserver rule in some .htaccess file that redirects the request to itself.
But only a look into the webserver log/config and maybe the network tab of the browser developer tools can say for sure.

Did you by chance install Matomo in the subdirectory of another website? In that case the .htaccess file from the root directory also apply.
