Token authentication issue with looker studio dashboard

Dear Support Team,

I am trying to connect a Looker Studio dashboard and it requires a token. I successfully created a token in my Matomo account. However, when I enter this token into the dashboard, I receive the following message: “Sorry, your credentials were successfully sent, but they are not valid.” I am using my email address as the username and the token I created in my account.

I have access to multiple Matomo accounts, and I suspect that during the authorization process, I might have authorized access with a different account. Could this be the issue? If so, how can I revert or correct this? I need to ensure that I am connecting with my personal account, which is this one, to access the correct data.
