I’ve read your tracking FAQ for 404 error page. There is a wrong description in the sentence “In your Piwik report, in Actions > Pages, you will now have a new entry for the 404 pages.”
Actually, the 404 page entry is in Action > title, for the code is “
piwikTracker.setDocumentTitle…”
