The User (IP) for Tracked Content

Hi,

I am sure this is explained somewhere! I am sorry for asking about it. I really could not find the answer in the documentation or the forum.

I can see the defined content impressions and interactions available through the report (Actions --> Content.) Moreover, I can see the IP addresses of the visitors through the report (Visitors -> Visitor Log.) I am not sure how I can see the IP address of the user who initiated the content.

Hi there, to see IPs of users who initiated content you can create a Segment using Content Actions or Content Names etc.

Then open the VIsitor Log and you will find all the Ip addresses there.

You can also get the data in XML or CSV etc. using the Live API with showColumns parameter: Real Time Analytics - Analytics Platform - Matomo
