The number of pageviews is difference between baidu and piwik

Hi everybody,

I use ‘tongji.baidu.com’ and piwik to count pageviews. however,i found the number of pageviews on baidu is much more than that on pivik， which has a big difference up to 20,000 on Jan 7th .therefore i am so very confused . how can I fix this problem?

Page counts between different services rarely could be exactly the same. That’s maybe because browser’s privacy add-ons could block Piwik scripts, or maybe Baidu doesn’t honor the “don’t track me” will.
There can be many reasons. Just keep them going together and measure the difference should be mostly the same percentage.
