Just want to say thank you to all of the Piwik developers.
You guys have done an amazing job developing and supporting a beautiful piece of free software.
I have been using Piwik for past year, now on 12 websites.
These websites are just hobbies so I would never want to pay for stats. Although from time to time I have paid for premium Site Meter stats to get more information about a few of my site’s visitors. Now I can get all those and more from Piwik.
I have recorded 8696 visits and 46974 actions over the 12 sites over the past year.
One of the best things about Piwik is that the stats are in MY database under MY control. I have downloaded the MySQL to my desktop and down my ad-hoc reporting on stats which is nice to do.
I have been able to do automatic upgrades fairly successfully with some hitches which I was able to resolve with a big of digging on the site wiki and forum.
I am just using standard features, though I have toyed about with the API and have given one other user access to view one site’s stats.
So, here is a toast to you Piwik developers! You deserve congratulations.
