first of all i got this error which is Directories writable for Tag Manager
at the time of running the command that indicates I do not see any change

Second, how can I put Required Private Directories to these directories?

note: I have Matomo installed on a server with centos

I did not manage to solve this problem, what I did was to change the operating system from Centos to Ubuntu.
I ran into the same problem but it was easy to solve, I attach web site
