Sudden unexpected Traffic loss due to tracking Issue

No idea why this happened but it took place at the same time when I did some additional Segmentations for acquisition channels.
The question is could it technically be to set up certain segmentation breaks the traffic overall?

You should add way more information. Traffic before/after, log file, errors and stuff like that, whatever you can get.
How is your Matomo archiving configured? Cron?

What i can think of: If your archiving job fails (maybe not enough memory in php) then you wouldnt see anymore traffic. “out of memory” could happen if you add lots of segments. but that’s just a guess. look at your logs or manually run archive job and see if it runs through.
