in the pageview I see all pages from the root directory and one as directory. Clicking on the + opens the next level and I see the pages below with the statistics. But exporting this to Excel or the Mail will show only the pages from the root directory. The drilldown of the other pages is missing. Is it possible to export these pages too?

yes, add &expanded=1 or &flat=1 to the API URL export.

Where can I set this parameter in the stored mailing reports which where send automatic to the website owners monthly?
