Stylesheet Missing In Session Recordings

The stylesheet is missing in my session recording making them pretty useless.
I guess it’s because the WordPress Elementor Pro site has been updated and the name of the stylesheet has changed?
Is there anything I can do about this?
Does it happen when the page in question is updated or if any page on the site is updated does anyone know?
Any advice really appreciated…

As Lukas has pointed out, in the FAQ (point 1 mainly) you can force a static css file. Alternatively whenever you make a css change delete the screenshot and visit the page for it to be captured with the new stylesheet.

we have the same problem. How can I delete the screenshot?

If you scroll to the bottom left of the heatmap there should be a delete screenshot button.

Hi Jason,

the screenshot will be deleted, but the new one is also without style!

In addition, no new screenshots are created for finished heat maps.
Why does matomo ignore the new path to the css file?
