We use matomo on our platform of test called pix.fr. we have 600K users as all students of France use the platform. I have a strange ratio between pageviews and unique pageviews for instance with our second most viewed page : /inscription to register.
I have 1.7Million pageviews for 70K unique. is it really possible that user comes 24x on that registration page ? Do we have rather a problem of some matomo settings ? How can i get help to clear this out ?
All ratio for other url is between 15 and 25 !?
