Strange problem in login page. Impossible to login Piwik

Hello,

I am having problems with login page. When I try to login using IP/piwik path everything works fine but when I try login using hostname/piwik I’m getting a strange login page. There is no Username or Password box or even Sign in button, I added picture in attachment to show this situation.

Any help will be appreciated.

please upgrade to latest PIwik where this bug was fixed. Cheers
