Stats not being recorded

Hey guys,

I installed piwik on my site( www xgcmedia dot com) and it worked fine for several weeks and all of a sudden sometime in sept it stopped recording stats…tried reinstalling it multiple times…still nothing…

Just did a fresh install and updated it and still nothing…please help!

If you’re hosting with HostGator, you’ll have to request that they whitelist your domain from their mod_security rules.

Will I need to do a reinstall of piwik afterwards?

No. Shouldn’t have to re-install.
