Statistics missing for 15 days

Hello All,

We are using WAMP.
For 12 days from may 27 to june 9 2015, the statistics is showing zero .

I have already done the following

  1. exported the database tables (2) for may and deleted it.
  2. Logged in to piwik and the database was recreated from logs automatically.

But the results are the same.

do you see visitors in VIsitor > Log for these days?

Dear Matt,

There is no log. Visitor- log is emtpy.

More info : Nobody was checking the piwik during this time frame. I restarted WAMP services on 9th June and then it started updating.
I forgot to mention this before . :slight_smile:
