Sometimes error in matomo data?

Incomplete or inaccurate tracking data in Matomo. Matomo not capturing server-side tracking data. Incomplete data representation, especially on high-traffic websites. Matomo not tracking data due to JavaScript errors. Users with ad blockers or privacy tools are not being tracked accurately. Unresolved bugs affecting data accuracy. Unclear issues affecting Matomo’s functionality. Historical data missing or incomplete.

How do you see that it is not working?
Can you check serverside if you encounter any error (log file?). Check also on Matomo error log file…

Can you share them?

If you track cookieless and on a subdomain of your website, you’ll be able to get more accuracy. Also you mentioned tracking serverside. This prevents the effect of ad blocker and privacy tools.
