Matomo version 3.8 and latest mobile version. But I had the same problem with the previous versions as well.
I don’t find any log on the server regarding this error.

The status code “447” doesn’t exist in any standard, so it seems like your webserver is intercepting/blocking this request for some reason.
Please check your webserver log (not php log) or contact your host about this.

I checked the host server config. I started to disable Nginx firewall option one by one and I found that the “User-Agents Attack Protection” blocks the Mobile client. After I disabled it I was able to login and use the Mobile client.
