[SOLVED] i can't load statistics for a year

hello,

i have piwik since 2012, and when i try select a year for statistics, 2013, the web page shows only “loading widget, wait…”. Only one load, Visits by day of the week.

i use a virtual machine with:
processor: 4 cores
Memory : 6GB

have disk space,

someone knows what happens?

i look the logs mysql.err and nothing.

i found the problem. I set max_execution_time to 360 and working fine.
