Site Search Keywords works but Search Keywords with No Results is not working

As the title says, theSite Search is working - I can see what Users are searching for but the section Search Keywords with No Results says: There is no data for this report.
How can I activate this?

Same question here. Widget “Keywords with no results” shows “No data”, but I’m sure that there are some keywords that did not provide any results. So there must be some configuration issue with my setup?
