I have submitted multiple requests for quotes for Matomo Support Subscriptions on this form:

This is for support where “pricing starts at 15,900 EUR / 19,000 USD per year”

I have not received any response. We are very interested in optimizing our Matomo instance for our organization, and would like professional help.

Is the support request form on the site active? Should I expect a response?

Hi Ali, there are also other support options and consultancy for Piwik/Matomo (e.g. send a message to services-de@piwik.org). It depends on what you need.
