Hi everyone, I’m new to Matomo and love the strong community presence, just thought I’d start with that!
For the first 2 days I was able to create shortened URLs (logged into a site as an Admin user) but now without any changes and under the same user and site ID I’m seeing “session expired due to inactivity, please login” when clicking the 2 External reporting menu links and upon a new link creation. The user has Admin permissions and no other part of the dashboard is displaying the message. Logs and checkup are showing nothing insightful.
Any ideas you may have would be greatly appreciated, thx.
