Is it supported SharePoint Reporting as a paid extension?

I am using this one, for both SharePoint Classic and Modern. Unfortunately the number in SP site analytics are different than the ones in Matomo.
One of the explanations can be, that SharePoint defines its KPIs differently. But their documentation is very general and so it’s difficult to understand what i.e. ’ Unique viewers really mean.
Has anyone else experienced that? Is there any explanation?
