Just set up a new recording and it is not collecting any data. We should have a few by now as we have visitors to the page concerned. I am using the same params as normal ie record 100% 5 secs actvity. URl contains option. Could joomla SEF plugin be problem ?

Hi Paul,
Looking at the page it doesn’t seem to be one that would get alot of activity (mouse clicks). On some devices scroll is not detected as activity so a visitor could be going to this page and scrolling up and down but this activity would not be recorded. Could you try require activity set to no. We have visited the site and recording does seem to be working for us.
