Session recording error

I am getting this error on the session recording page:

“Oops… there was a problem during the request. Maybe the server had a temporary issue, or maybe you requested a report with too much data. Please try again. If this error occurs repeatedly please contact your Matomo administrator for assistance. See the steps to resolve this issue in the FAQ.

I have the cron job setup and disabled web updates in general settings but the error persists,

Can you provide the version of Matomo?
Do you have an access to Matomo logs?
What kind of error you see int the network activity tab of your browser developer tool?
