After the Matomo update to 4.0.0. Whenever I create Segments I receive the message
These reports have no data, because the Segment you requested has not yet been processed by the System. Data for this Segment should become available in a few hours when processing completes. (If it does not, there may be a problem)
- The Segments were processing in real time. It didn’t require time to load. The cron jobs are currently running every 1 hour.
- Segments showed data prior to segment creation date. Now the data shows only after the segment is created. I see the past data in Visitor Logs, but the other tabs do not summarize the data in Visitor Logs for prior dates.
What could be the cause of this? Thanks.
