Segmentation returns zero data campaign name

We are using the cloud version of Motomo, and are trying to set up the segmentation to show us the conversions for campaigns.

However we noticed that the segmentation yields zero results for any parameters we tried (from users who bounce, users who use smartphones. When on ‘All’ default it shows all the data. Any ideas as to why?

What we ultimately want is Campaign name X AND goal registration AND goal deposit.

It can take between 1 and 3 hours for your segmented reports to appear. In the meantime you can check your visitor log which will always show segmented visits in real time.
