Seeing Hostname of pages

Hello,

in our setup our site is exposed through different hostnames. Matomo well aggregates URL requests ignoring the hostname. The hostname is then visible only visit logs, when analyzing one event at a time.

So at the moment I can not see e.g. if there were users using a given hostname or an other.

I can workaround this by dedicating a custom dimension to this, but is this otherwise possible? Am I missing something?

Hi,

You can use the setCustomUrl function in the tracking code to override the URL you are sending to Matomo.
