When I click on ‘Choose heatmap’ and select the respective link, the first time I click it, the screen shot appears. However, when I click on the next heatmap link, the screen shot doesn’t appear. but page loading is completed. after 15 minutes or so screen shot appears again if I click the link. Can you help me resolve this problem?" I am using -currently using Web Analytics 4.13.3.
