We are looking into PIWIK to see if we can use it to develop a robust and comprehensive analytics platform for our SAAS service that we operate.
Essentially we need to be able to track and identify down to the individual level so that we can slice and dice the data and build custom reports on demand.
Figure we have over 10K users. Is this possible - and if so - what areas would you recommend that we explore to begin to capture correctly?
