Hi is there any way to resolve the ips to hosts in the visitors dashboard thanks

The Provider plugin does something like this: https://plugins.matomo.org/provider

I think it uses the GeoIP database and falls back to a reverse DNS query

Thanks ive installed this plugin but cant see hoe to resolve it?? newbie

Hi,

The plugin should (for new data) show you the provider in the visitor log and show a new provider report.

If you need something more specific, you will probably have to write your own plugin that does exactly what you need.
