This Monday when I logged in I decided to do Matomo’s update. Following the update I get this error message on my login page:
Error: The form security failed. Please reload the form and check that your cookies are enabled. If you are using a proxy server, you must configure Matomo to accept the proxy headers that relay the host headers. Also check that the header of your referent is correctly transmitted.
By clicking a second time on Connection it works.
I also had a sudden drop in stats and when I go to a site I monitor, here is what I have in the console:
“GET http://www.NOMDUSITE/piwik.phpaction_name=NOMDUSITEé%20santé%20%26%20news%20NOMDUSITE&idsite=78&rec=1&r=305855&h=14&m=22&s=43&url=http%3A%2F%2FNOMDUSITE%2F&_id=65f285f40e858881&_idts=1561978429&_idn=16&_re 500 (Internal Server Error)”
And it’s the same on all the sites I monitor. To follow the stats of my sites I use this method: GitHub - matomo-org/tracker-proxy: HTTP proxy for Matomo's tracker API. This script allows to track websites with Matomo without revealing to your visitors the secret Matomo server URL.
Everything was working well, no changes were made except an update on Monday and another this morning thinking it would fix my problem.
