Reporting only from server Piwik installed on

Hello,

I have now got Piwik up and running on a Windows server. I have added an intranet site that we want to monitor and installed the tracking code in the footer of the site. I have then accessed the intranet using IE from the server that both Piwik and the intranet is installed and hits/page views are recorded. However, if I try from any other machine on the internal network or from home (externally) no hits/page views are recorded.

Any ideas as to why this should be?

Make sure the javascript code contains the URL that is visible to all users, not “localhost” or 127.0.0.1

Thanks Matt. I’d inadvertantly put the Piwik installation behind a firewall - doh!
