Report: Number of views for a particular UserID

I was trying to create a custom report where I could see the number of people that actually generated just one visit a day. So I went to the section of custom reports and set it as following:

Obviously the selected timeframe is - day.

What I got is all the users from a given day (so those with 10, 9, and other number of visits)

How I can achieve what I want?

Would it make sense you try to play around with another dimension - sever time (day of year / day of week)?
And check by a certain time frame.

Is this what you try to achieve?
