Reinstall matomo failed

I installed the matomo plugin on my site, it worked fine, but I noticed that the time zone was wrong.
The blog’s timezone was America / Sao_Paulo and the plugin used the wrong server, (UTM 0)
I updated the server timezone but the plugin did not update. So I decided to uninstall and install it again, but timezone was still wrong, so I decided to completely uninstall, cleaned the database, deleted the folder by FTP (plugins / matomo), the cache folder and the upload / matomo folder.
And now it does not work appears the following errors.

An error occurred
Error: No website was found in this Matomo installation.
Check the table ‘wp_matomo_site’ in your database, it should contain your Matomo websites.

How can I fix this problem?
