Real-time reports has data but no data for all/other reports

I am new to Matomo. Can help me to troubleshoot why Real-time reports has data displayed but no data for all/other reports.

Hi,

This means Matomo doesn’t run the archiving process correctly as this is what generates the reports. If you have set up a cronjob, check if it runs successfully and if there are any errors in its output. If not, then check if you have enabled browser archiving in the Matomo settings.

We set up a cronjob to run the archiving process. Everything is working fine and even disabled the browser trigger. We did say it because we are tracking 3 different website but only 2 have been able to display reports except one only. We are trying know what might be the reason behind it.
