I have matomo on premise working with PrestaShop since one year in its latest version. Recently, I’ve noticed that some confirmed orders are not being tracked correctly. They are appearing as abandoned carts. This happens regardless of the payment method, as I have three available: card, PayPal, and bank transfer. However, it’s completely random. I would say that approximately 50% of the orders are now incorrectly appearing as abandoned carts
