Random Occurring issue with logon

Hi Folks,

I wonder if someone could give me some guidance on what to look at next.
I have an issue where by my modest install will start to display the error below but still log the tracking hits.
It appears when visiting the administrative logon screen.

It usually resolves when it updates.

Where does it appear exactly?
Can you still login?

I don’t see the Matomo version in the error you provided. Isn’t any?

Sorry, it’s deployed via cpanel and it’s 5.0.3.
The error is shown on every page that I try to load except for the logging urls and I’m unable to log on as the screen just that error
