Random logme error

I am getting the following random error … same page works sometimes and other times it does not…
This happens after implementing authentication via “action=logme” but its erratic. sometimes it will work and other times it may show up in any part of the Matomo UI on clicking.
Example
" Action ‘logme’ not found in the module ‘Dashboard’"

Below is the logs but not much to lead forward …

Hi there, can you reproduce the issue? if you can reproduce consistently be great to create a bug report, with steps you use to reproduce, at: http://www.github.com/matomo-org/matomo/issues and we will investigate.
